How do I determine the correct rug size for my horse?
To find the perfect fit, measure your horse from the center of the chest, along the side of the body, to the rear of the quarter. Our rugs are sized in feet and inches to ensure maximum comfort and freedom of movement.
What is your return policy on riding boots and safety wear?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all items, including boots and safety gear, provided they are in their original packaging, unworn, and with all tags attached. Please note that for safety reasons, riding hats must be returned in pristine condition.
How long does standard shipping take within the UK?
Standard delivery typically takes 3-5 working days. We also offer an express shipping option for those urgent competition needs, which usually arrives within 1-2 working days if ordered before 2 PM.
Are Shires Equestrian products covered by a warranty?
Yes, all our products come with a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. If you believe your item is faulty, please contact our customer service team with your proof of purchase and photos of the issue.
Can I track my order once it has been dispatched?
Absolutely. Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking link so you can monitor your delivery's progress in real-time.
