At Shires Equestrian, we want you and your horse to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns on all unused items in their original packaging. Please ensure all equestrian gear is free of dirt and hair before returning it to our warehouse.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your account portal or visit our returns center to enter your order number and select the equestrian items you wish to send back.
Package Your Gear
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags remain attached and the products are clean and in sellable condition.
Label and Post
Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized shipping location.
Refund Processing
Once our quality control team inspects the gear, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
